We want you to love your Cynthia Rowley pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
